Pre Filter
Prefilters are designed to capture "large" particles - hair, insects, pollens - ahead of HEPA filters. The primary advantage of prefilters comes from extending the life of expensive HEPA filters and gas/odor cartridges by preventing dust coating and clogging.
We manufacture these Pre Filters
with the finest quality raw material at our workshop. Provided
filters have fine finish, smooth operation, and appreciated by the
client. Furthermore, quality is ensured during all the
processes.
Bag Filter
Bag Filters (also Pocket filters) are used in HVAC applications to remove dust from ambient air. These are also used as pre-filters in hospitals and pharmaceutical industry. Our Bag Filters are having low initial pressure drop and low average pressure drop during it´s life time.
The Bag filters we provide are low maintainance and leak proof.
Metallic Filter
Metallic Filters are used in Air Handling Equipments, units, car body, compressor air intake and for Comfort Air Conditioning, Ventilation Systems. These filters are economical.
This all steel is recommended
where a permanent washable filter is required. Our Metallic filters
have high dust holding capacity due to its unique Honey comb media
design. This design splits the entering air into numerous air
streams which cross each other at right angles. Creating turbulence
which lends to bring all entrailed dust particles in contact with
the media.
These filters are capable of
filtering large portions of particulate matter from normal process
or comfort ventilation air by causing the foreign particles to come
in contact with and strike the surface of the filtering
media.
Fine Filter
Also called Microvee Filters. These filters are used in Electronic, Nuclear, Hospitals, Computer and Synthetic Fibre Industry. Also in Paint Booths and Electric & Diesel Generators and also used as Pre-filters to HEPA Air Filters.
The frame also has a handle. The fine filters we make are sturdy and highly efficient.
HEPA Filter
High-Efficiency Particulate Air filter, is a type of air filter. Filters meeting the HEPA standard have many applications, including use in medical facilities, automobiles, aircraft and homes.
These filters we
make are used in Clean Rooms, Semi-conductor, Biotechnology,
Operation Theatre, Air Handling Units, Pharmaceutical and
Defence.
To
qualify as HEPA by US government standards, an air filter must
remove (from the air that passes through) 99.97% of particles that
have a size of 0.3 µm.
Dust Cap
We manufacture Dust Caps from PVC films for automotive filters. Dust Caps of any size can be manufactured by us.
